Research Champion

Programme

The Digital Media and Behavior Lab (DM&B Lab) is thrilled to announce the Research Champion Scheme, designed to enhance the visibility, reach, and impact of research groups within the department. This initiative aims to foster topic-specific stakeholder networks, inspire social innovation, and set the agenda for addressing key societal issues.

Each group or project will participate in a 22-month cycle. During this period, the DM&B Lab, toegther with the selected internal “research champion,” will regularly meet to set goals and develop an agenda. Together, we will create a visibility and impact plan to raise public awareness, brainstorm project names, develop websites, expand networks, host events, and formalize the growing network. Our support is both instrumental and financial.

Applications will undergo a standardized review process conducted by the extended Management Team (MT), comprising CW MT members and full professors, alongside the lab’s managing directors. The final funding decisions will be made by the CW MT. We are committed to transparency and fairness throughout the selection process.
